Hello, recently, every time my computer starts up, jaws says, a sapi 5 driver jls cannot be loaded. Then it creats an error report. I stil can use jaws, on its own, but not jaws and klango at the same time for example. Any ideas, what this could be, and how to fix it?
Thanks

Woe. that's really weird. Have you tried contacting FS? Their tech support might be able to help you.

Agreed. No, haven't tried that, contacting them. One thing I've noticed that now it doesn't recognise visited links but when I unloaded it, and changed back to a previous version, it worked fine, and stil does.

JAWS12 does have some really annoying quirks, but the error you're getting shouldn't be one of them. You're right that usually refreshing the screen is a quick way to get around most of them, but apparently not this one.

Reinstall Jaws 12. Call FS however for more details. You shouldn't have any arrors.

I'm using jaws nine point zero.

ok. whatever version that is, mostly reinstalling will correct the defects if any. if not, we've to search for some other solution. please copy and paste the error message which is appearing so that someone could findout what is the cause of that problem. I think as per jaws9, the virtualising command is control plus insert plus w.

Raaj.

I found JAWS9 to be a very quirky version in general, but ForReel is right. You shouldn't be getting those types of errors.

Correct. Jaws of any version should run cleanly. If not remove it completely as we have suggested and reinstall.
